  • 1 Steak
  • Colored bell peppers
  • Onion
  • Flour tortillas
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
Rub seasonings into steak (for example, mix oregano, basil, garlic salt, lemon pepper, and lime juice into a paste).

Grill steak until cooked. Thinly slice against grain.

Thinly slice onions and bell peppers. Saute or grill until slightly blackened and soft.

Wrap steak strips, peppers/onions, and any toppings such as guacamole or salsa into a warmed flour tortilla
