Banana Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 large bananas
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup nuts or raisins (OPTIONAL)
Directions:
Mix & bake. Place in pan for banana muffins. For Banana Bread, bake: 45-50 min. For banana Muffins: 10-15 min, or until toothpick exits dry. Bake at 350°F.
