  • 2-3 Zucchini
  • Flour
  • Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Garlic Salt
  • Lemmon Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • 1 Egg
  • Milk
  • Oil
Thinly slice Zucchini into rounds.
Mix egg and some milk in a bowl.
Mix flour, bread crumbs and seasonings in another bowl.

Heat a thin layer of oil in a frypan over medium-high heat.

Dip each zucchini slice into milk/egg mixture and then dredge through flour/seasoning mixture to give a breaded coating.

Place zucchini in hot oil and fry for about 1-2 min, until golden brown. Flip and repeat on other side.

Drain/cool on a paper towel covered place and salt to taste.
