Ingredients:
  • 1 package Lasagna noodles
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
One or more of:
  • Spinach
  • Sausage
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Boil water and cook lasagna noodles. Meanwhile:

If cooking spinach, add spinach to a pan with 1/3 cup of water, and cook until wilted. Season with garlic salt and lemon pepper during cooking.

If sausage, break sausage apart and cook sausage in a skillet until brown. It should be in small pieces/crumbles.

Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add a thin layer of sauce. Place a layer of noodles. Put a thin layer of sauce on noodles. Add mozzarella cheese, ricotta blops, Parmesan cheese to the layer. Add any other ingredients (such as sausage or spinach). Add another layer of noodles and repeat until out of ingredients or at the desired height of lasagna.

Bake for 30 minutes.
