Ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 egg
- 1 large squirt ketchup
- 1 large squirt BBQ sauce
- 1 medium squirt mustard
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- garlic salt
- lemon pepper
- oregano
- Additional BBQ sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Then coat bottom and sides with BBQ sauce.
Press meat into pan. Coat generously with additional BBQ sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.
