Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:
- - Dry Rub (for 2 large ribs)
- - 1 tablespoon cumin
- - 1 tablespoon paprika (optional 75%/25% smoked/regular)
- - 1 tablespoon powdered garlic
- - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
- - 1 tablespoon brown sugar (big scoop)
- - 2 tablespoon kosher salt
- - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- - 1 teaspoon black pepper
- - 1 teaspoon white pepper
- - drizzle of lime juice
Directions:
Rub on dry rub and drizzle a little bit on lime juice on top. Wrap completely in aluminum foil and place on the BBQ. Cook around 300°F for 3 hours. Open the tin foil and spread on your favorite BBQ sauce (just the top of the ribs). Close the tinfoil back up and finish cooking for another 20 - 30 minutes.
