Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cup butter or shortening
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water (room temp)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
Directions:
Combine shortening, flour, sugar, salt. Use a fork to work shortening into flour.

Add egg, water, vinegar.
Mix well.

Roll into ball and wrap in plastic wrap.

Refridgerate for 1 hour
Serves 5-6 crusts
Preparation Time: 20 min
Cook Time: chill 1 hour
