Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup butter or shortening
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water (room temp)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Directions:
Combine shortening, flour, sugar, salt. Use a fork to work shortening into flour.
Add egg, water, vinegar.
Mix well.
Roll into ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refridgerate for 1 hour
