Curried Chicken

Ingredients:
  • Saute Mix
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1-2 onions
  • 6-7 garlic cloves (pressed/finely grated)
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • hot peppers(Serrano's) to taste
  • Curry Mix
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1-3 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp (or to taste) crushed chili flakes
  • 1-3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 bag small frozen peas
  • 1 handful peanuts
  • 1 can chicken broth
Directions:
Fry chicken in olive oil
Saute hot peppers(Serrano's), onions, garlic, cardamom and cinnamon in the left over olive oil
Put chicken back into saute mix and add curry mix ingredients

Serve over rice
Serves 6-8
