Spinach Tarts

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmasean cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozerella
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 20 Fillo Shells
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion until golden 1-2 min. Add spinach and saute until spinach is cooked about 5-10 min.

Combine spinach and cheeses in a bowl and stir until thouroughly combined.

Spon about 1 tbsp mixture into each shell.

Heat in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 to 15 min - until heated through and cheese is completely melted.
