Crispy Cornmeal Chicken

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk (enough for dipping)
  • 1/2 cup Corn meal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp grated parmasean cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian Bread crumbs
  • Garlic salt
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Lemon Pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter/margarine (or butter flavor spray)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Pour milk in a small bowl and set aside

Mix remaining ingredients except chicken in a bowl.

Dunk each chicken piece in milk, then coat with corm meal mixture. Place on a baking rack. Brush top with butter.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
