Potstickers

Ingredients:
  • 2 pkgs. Potsticker Wrappers
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 head cabbage
  • shirmp
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg white
Directions:
Chop cabbage finely

In a large mixing bowl combine cabbage, pork, sesame oil, sugar, salt, pepper. Mix well.

To wrap:
Place 1 small spoonful of mixture on a wrapper. Coat one edge of wrapper with egg white. Add a piece of shrimp. Pinch one side as you press against other side to form pot-sticker looking seal.

To Cook:
Heat oil in a fry pan. Stand potstickers up in pan and fry bottoms until golden brown. Use a paper towl and tongs/chop sticks to remove any excess oil from pan. Add some water to steam/boil potstickers for about 5 minutes.

It takes a long time to wrap unless you have a lot of people. Certain wrappers work better than others.
