Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • garlic salt
  • lemon pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
Sauce:
  • 2 packets chicken bullion (or 2 cubes crushed)
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 3 cups water
Directions:
Chop chicken into bite sized pieces.

In a ziplock baggie add breadcrumbs, flour, and seasonings. Add chicken and shake until coated evenly.

Heat oil and butter until butter is bubbly. Add chicken and saute until golden brown (about 5-8 min). Remove from pan and set aside.

Chop onion and garlic and saute in about 1 tsp of oil about 2-4 min.

Add sauce ingredients (wine, water, bullion) and cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add chicken and heat through.

Meanwhile cook angel hair pasta and drain well.

Pour sauce over pasta and serve hot.
